Sensimetrics Corporation Privacy Policy (last updated January 15th, 2019)

Sensimetrics has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how Sensimetrics does and does not collect, store and use the information generated in connection with the ChromaExplorer.

Here’s what Sensimetrics’ ChromaExplorer does:

• It accesses your camera so you can see a live simulation of the various color vision settings provided by the app.

Here’s what Sensimetrics ChromaExplorer does not do:

• It doesn’t save and photos or videos
• It doesn’t send any images anywhere
• It doesn’t allow anyone else, including Sensimetrics, to see the data from the camera

Further, Sensimetrics ChromaExplorer:

• Doesn’t collect non-personal data of any kind (even that which has be de-personalized)
• Doesn’t display ads or use any ad-serving technology of any kind
• Doesn’t track your location at any time
• Doesn’t ask for or require any personally identifiable information (like your name, email address, photo, birthdate, sex, address, friend connections or anything else)
• Doesn’t send you any messages, commercial content, newsletters, or emails
• Doesn’t disclose any of the aforementioned information to any third-party (because, we haven’t collected it in the first place)
